Museum Team Projects

sit back and relax because am going to tell you all about the amazing experience that i had when i visited the

INTUIT - The Center for Intuitive and Outsider Art with my group. we had a lot of fun, we got to learn

more about outsider art and artists. though the museum was small, however it have exceptional art collection, exhibit and breath taking galleries. the museum changes it exhibit every 3 months. everything looked so real, the one collection that i was particular about is the Henry Darger's room.  this man is from chicago, he believe that artists  are not supposed to be rich or famous through their artwork. he was a hospital janitor, he paints, drew and write during his leisure. so this room below is exactly his room and everything there is originally his belongings. i was amazed at this collection, it made me realize that art is not just paintings, drawing or sculpture. that day i saw art in a different dimension.

there were also other paintings from during artists, i really recommend this museum for anyone who is looking to see more of art. this was quite interesting.

another AIC visit

hey fellow bloggers, hope you are cool, OK, so on Wednesday, my art teacher took us to art institute of Chicago. we explored many art, it was totally awesome because it  made me see art in a different way, not like the usually drawings and painting. first we went to throne's room and we saw different houses in different country and at a certain time period, it was so fun, that you actually feel like you were in those time period. what amazes me was the way each room/house is designed, with every little detail that will make the house count.

we  also visited arts from different countries, mine favorite is  Karttikeya, God of War, it is an Indian God, learning about it was pretty interesting. and i also got to learn about other art works from my classmate. i had fun, the visiting time was really worth the experience.
